Oguzhan (Oz) Karadurmus

Founder, Oguzhan (Oz) Karadurmus has attained a strong heritage in cost and project management, with experiences in the Middle East, Europe, the United States, and the UK. He started his career in 2011 and worked with ENR Top 10 listed construction companies such as Bechtel Cooperation. Oguzhan played a significant role in delivering international construction projects such as Muscat International Airport (650,000 m²), Kazakhstan History Museum (174,000 m²), OKO Towers (300,000 m²), and London City Airport (24,000 m²). He holds a BSC in Civil Engineering.

Guven Ezer

Project Director, Guven holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering, bringing more than 45 years of international experience to his profession. Over the course of his career, he has overseen and delivered numerous major, high-profile construction projects across Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Germany. His expertise is founded on strong technical proficiency, a diverse global project portfolio, and a commitment to advancing scientific and technological innovation in the industry. With over five years of experience working in the UK, Guven’s extensive knowledge and background have become one of the company’s most valuable assets.

Baris Akdogan

Project Director, Baris is a seasoned architect with broad international experience, including major projects like the Riyadh Metro and Muscat International Airport. He has been based in the UK since 2020 and joined OKTA at the end of 2022, where he has since delivered three high-end luxury projects with OKTA. His expertise spans construction management, project management, and high-quality fit-out finishes.

Burak Bickes

Quantity Surveyor, Burak holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and is a project management professional with international experience in healthcare, residential, and commercial developments. He has contributed to major commercial projects as a quantity surveyor and possesses strong expertise in project planning, estimating, and cost control.

Ellie Boulstridge

Marketing and Business Development Manager, Ellie Boulstridge is an experienced sales and marketing professional. Ellie began her career in management consultancy at Capgemini in London. Over the past 12 years, her work has taken her across the world – from Bhutan to India and South Africa – with a focus on the hospitality and luxury sectors, including time at Aman Resorts. She holds a degree from Durham University and Master’s degrees from Cardiff University and SOAS.
