Oguzhan (Oz) Karadurmus
Founder, Oguzhan (Oz) Karadurmus has attained a strong heritage in cost and project management, with experiences in the Middle East, Europe, the United States, and the UK. He started his career in 2011 and worked with ENR Top 10 listed construction companies such as Bechtel Cooperation. Oguzhan played a significant role in delivering international construction projects such as Muscat International Airport (650,000 m²), Kazakhstan History Museum (174,000 m²), OKO Towers (300,000 m²), and London City Airport (24,000 m²). He holds a BSC in Civil Engineering.
Contracts Manager, Batuhan holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and strong project controls experience. He was part of project controls team for delivering 3 mega projects in Moscow and London. Quantity surveying, commercial management, dispute resolution, cost control and contract management are his main skills and expertise.

An experienced Sales & Marketing professional, Ellie started her career in management consultancy at Capgemini Consulting in London. Over the last 12 years, international positions across the world – including time at Aman Resorts – have taken her to Bhutan, India and South Africa and span hospitality, travel and luxury sectors.
