We are excited to announce that OKTA has begun work on a new residential development in the heart of the capital.
Situated at 2 Blenheim Road, SW20, the property is located in London’s Raynes Park. The project will consist of 7 flats and 2 townhouses, all designed by the OKTA interior design team – a group with significant experience in designing high-end residential projects in both the United Kingdom and Europe.
The work will retain the building’s elegant Edwardian style but transform interiors into spaces with a fresh and contemporary feel, all underpinned with a strong sense of history.
Work is already under way on the structural work of the existing building and foundations of the townhouses, with the project expected to be completed at the end of 2023. On completion, this will be one of the most desirable residential projects in SW20.
