OKTA has successfully completed new basement storey on the rear garden of 54 Egerton Crescent. Structural works include a combination of piling and underpinning to create a new basement storey ‘concrete box’, with associated waterproofing and water management. We used our in-house specialist structural team as always to deliver works on time which allowed us to control the cost, reduce the risk and speed up delivery. The rear basement was formed in four levels of underpinning , total 66 number underpins were completed in 16 weeks. Our experienced civil engineers successfully delivered works on time with in the budget.
