OKTA has begun work on a landmark new-build restaurant in Brown Hart Gardens, Mayfair. A project that brings contemporary refinement into one of London’s most distinguished and architecturally sensitive settings.
Set within a Grade II listed environment and surrounded by some of the city’s finest boutiques, the site offers a rare blend of heritage character and modern ambition. Even at this early stage, the focus is clear: craftsmanship, precision and a design-led approach that respects the surrounding architecture while creating something new.
The project spans 800 m² with an anticipated 8-month construction programme, during which our team will carefully balance the technical demands of a premium hospitality build with the responsibility of working within a listed location.
