OKTA Construction & PTP Architects

OKTA Construction and PTP Architects have been working in collaboration on an exciting high-end heritage residential project in South Kensington’s Egerton Crescent. Known as specialists in heritage and conservation, the team at PTP Architects have been focussing on private residential, interior design, conservation and commercial projects at the highest level since 1975.

Their many varied projects include designs in Belgravia, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Holland Park, Hyde Park and Notting Hill, as well as South Kensington. Accolades include a Civic Trust Award, Kensington and Chelsea Design Award and Westminster Design Excellence Award.

Incredibly knowledgeable in the field of listed buildings – and the sensitive and complex issues that arise with them – they bring with them a wealth of experience in detailed and complicated planning and conservation requirements. They previous work on another Georgian-era building in Egerton Crescent allowed them to bring highly valued prior knowledge to the current project with OKTA; where an extensive basement storey has been added and major structural work has taken place.

OKTA is delighted to be partnering with such a distinguished architectural firm. OKTA’s founder and director, Oguzhan Karadurmus, had this to stay about working together:

“We are so glad to be working with PTP Architects, such a well-known and experienced firm, especially in the high-end refurbishment field. They have been involved in many projects in the Kensington area and therefore are experts on all the requirements and expectations needed for successful projects.

This specialised expertise and experience has made our project much easier to execute and more successful overall – and we have learnt a lot from their highly qualified team. We are very lucky to be working with them.”
